In January of 2012 my dad was notified he had Alzheimer's. Shortly afterward, while speaking to a friend from college, I learned his grandmother had been diagnosed as well. As opposed to feeling helpless we decided to put on this event in the hopes to inspire and help anyone else who is going through what our family members are going through.
